I cannot say enough about the team at Next Step Innovations. From our very first interaction with Joseph to our final walk through with Alfredo, I was incredibly impressed with everyone. Every person we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful every step of the way.

There were several things that set them apart from other folks we talked to. First, their proactive communication was fantastic. The afternoon before each day of work Alfredo or Joseph would text me to let me know exactly what I could expect the next day – who was arriving, when, and what work would be accomplished. Second, they were so helpful and offered great recommendations as we were trying to finalize our choices for the kitchen. Third, there was one small thing I wasn’t sure I was going to be happy with during the install and Alfredo handled it with such professionalism and care. In the end, the small issue wasn’t an issue at all. Fourth, after all of the work was finished up they sent Elizabeth to clean the first floor of our home. It was as if no work had even taken place. (thank you, Elizabeth!).

When it was all said and done Alfredo said, “Thank you for trusting us with your kitchen.” I would trust them with any project and would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you Next Step Innovations team! Here’s to much success in your new business!

The Next Step team was incredibly professional, transparent and efficient throughout our kitchen remodel. From initial introduction on the quote, through the design process in their showroom, all the way to final installation, we always felt like we were involved, informed and valued as customers. And most importantly, the quality of work is exceptional, particularly in areas where it matters most – backsplash, countertops, and finishing trim. And they finished the whole job in just over three weeks! Seriously can’t rate these guys highly enough, absolutely no regrets.

I just completed my kitchen remodel with Next Step Innovations. Its been my dream to upgrade my very outdated kitchen for years. I had a bathroom remodel a couple of years ago and did not have the best experience, so I was very skeptical when it was time to do my kitchen. I had met with several kitchen design teams and decided to go with them because they had their specialists as part of their team. Waiting was not necessary if there was a need for a plumber, an electrician, or even an engineer as they are part of the crew. As it turns out, there was a need for an engineer to determine if one of the walls was a load-bearing structure that could affect the design. They created a beautiful design for my kitchen and considered my needs to make it work for me. Danny and Joseph were helpful during the selection of cabinets, stone, and tile (an overwhelming task), showing me different options on how they could enhance the look of my kitchen. There were a few hurdles along the way. They were quick to troubleshoot these issues without having to compromise the design. The crew was fantastic. They were considerate and asked for my input when I was home. They made sure that they cleaned up when they left for the day. Despite all the surprises, they were able to stay pretty much on the timeline that they proposed. I love my kitchen!!! I was so lucky that I was able to find Next Step Innovations to work with me on this project and making this remodel experience worlds better than my previous one.
